Windows 11 File Explorer Search is all messed up. Really screwy results

When I run a search in file explorer, the results show everything as Office Open files. The files are there. If I browse to them they're there and perfectly fine. Not corrupted or anything. I can be staring right at the file in my folder and then just search for it and the results will say it's an Office Open file and can't be opened. Already restarted and deleted and rebuilt the search index. This is crazy.
