Windows 10 File Explorer seriously broken and takes forever to load common folders

My File Explorer seriously just broke apart. It's the apocalypse in the file explorer! The file previews are broken (not such with imageres.dll), the common folders take forever to load, there's only Quick Acess in the left collum, and I'm going to get a explorer.exe blank error! The task I did before this happened was using VirtuaBox Windows 7 with MEMZ Clean on the VM.
