Today, I updated my Windows (2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040442) and 2024-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5039895)). After that, somehow, I cannot access my files/folders in File Explorer. I tried almost every possible solution to this issue by clearing up the history, sfc, DISM, and so on until creating new local accounts, but it didn't work. The thing is, I can open the File Explorer window, but once it opens, I can't select or explore the file. If let's say, I click on Documents
