Windows 11 File Explorer Will Not Bring Up UI after installation of KB5044285.

Hi. My Win11 File Explorer no longer launches the User Interface after the system updated to 2024-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044285), and 2024-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5044033). They both updated on the same day. The .csv file that shows the contents of the updates, shows the File Explorer exe and services software files changed with KB5044285.I will click on the File Explorer icon to launch it, and then a blank, white interface window briefly pops up.
