Windows 10 File Folder Sharing - Between Three PCs Windows 10 and 11.

I am having problems seeing all three PCs in the network, same LAN, each with a static IP, same Workgroup, all have updated Win SW. The folder sharing does not seem to be working even though I have followed sharing settings/procedures found on Microsoft guides and also YouTube postings. Each PC has one folder which is shared with read/write permissions. All the PCs are awake. When I do see the PC by name (set as GA-01, GA-02, GA-03) and click on it, I get error message about permissions. Sometimes the PC is not displayed within the network.
