Windows 11 File is not printed to virtual printer after updating windows updates

In Win 10 Pro 20H2 (OS Build 19042.685) OS, When file is printed to virtual printer driver from Photos App, then Print Job is started and Windows Spooler (.SPL) generating file's in "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" directory. File is printed to virtual printer driver.After updating windows update. I.e. Windows 10 21H1(19043.1288) or Windows 11 21H2(22000.194). When file is printed to virtual printer driver from Photos App, then Print Job is not started and Windows Spooler not generated (.SPL) in "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS"Windows Spooler services are not printing job fi
