Windows 10 file save and save-as not working in Windows 10

After I applied Windows 10 Home edition update 11/15/23 (I do not remember name of update) I got a problem. t was impossible to save-as and open file in Notepad. Also it was impossible to upload files from my computer to some sites. There were no error messages. Page Windows update was almost empty with some signs I don't understand. It was impossible to delete file from Windows Explorer and menu in right click on file was changed. I recovered the System to it's state on 11/15/23 and it became normal. But when I booted the system the next day it was updated automatically and the problem came
