Windows 11 File system error (-2144926975) when I click on recovery.

I tried to restore my pc to an earlier date and now everything is messed up. No audio or webcam detected, chrome wont open, photos app wont open, and it wont let me run recovery again. Gives me system error thats in the title. This is on windows 11. What to do? I really dont wanna have to reinstall if possible.
