Windows 11 File system error (-2147163901).

SetAsync

File system error (-2147163901).When opening a file through file explorer, I get the above error.I've tried:- Restarting- Creating a new admin account.- Reset File Explorer:- Run System File Checker (sfc):- Run Windows Check Disk (CHKDSK):The issue still persists.I can open the files through another app, (or just drag a txt into chrome).I also get errors on startup which I imagine are related to applications needing files they can't open.Appreciate any help!(Tried to attach a screenshot.. can't do that either)
