Windows 11 Filter keys not working properly

So the issue is that sometimes i press a key for a bit longer and it prints a letter double.... so i just want the 1st repeated keystroke to be delayed and for that i switched on filter keys>repeat keys and there it has 2 options :1. Wait before accepting the first keystroke .2.Wait before accepting the subsequent keystroke.i want to delay only the 1st keystroke and not the subsequent ones like if I hold backspace it should delete the characters normally after 1 character so i put 0 in 2nd option there but it altogether stops the repeated keystroke when u hold a key. When i put 0.3 seconds
