Windows 11 Finding account associated with my Recovery Key ID

my windows PC has BSOD and cannot make any changes due to Bitlocker. I do not know which company that has set up my computer set up bitlocker. I am trying to find which account is it and backtrack which company and contact their IT. All I have as a clue is the Recovery Key ID#. Can Microsoft help find the account associated with my Recovery Key ID?
