Windows 11 Finding Location for Phone Link Cached Data Without Mobile

Hi, Is there a way I can get the data that has been cached in Phone Link App on my Windows 11 laptop without having mobile.For context, my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 mobile has been stolen while I was travelling on the bus in India and it has a lot of data i.e., images that hasn't backed up since I transfer the data from my mobile to laptop once in a while due to google drive storage limitations. But, I have observed that I can see the thumbnails showup in phone link app even after restarting the laptop when the phone is offline so that means somwhere these a lot of hundreds of images has been cach
