Windows 11 fingerprint and face recognition is not working, i have tried every method the community members have posted

Am using HP 15s-du3xxx laptop which is given with windows 11 at the start itself. Subject: fingerprint and face recognition is not working it says that option is not available i have updated every driver reinstalled 3 to 4 time removed hello i have done everything that i could even so fingerprint scanner is not available tell me a solution for this please
