Relating to recent issues with my fingerprint scanner, I have determined that I need help from a Windows IT professional. I have tried using Traditional methods such as restarting, updating software, updating drivers, and powering down my device, yet my device still forces me to sign in with my PIN. Completely unrelated my I tried to place a .PNG file format screenshot of the problem yet it states that something went wrong.I have tried other methods from windows community members such as going into device manager to update my driver.
