This is not a question but a solution that Microsoft hasn't been able to post for this BSOD error, so if you're looking for how to fix it please follow the below steps, and thank me later. This issue happened on a Dell Laptop with Windows 10 latest update 20H2, the user left the computer updating during the night and when she tried to use it, she got a pretty welcome screen BSOD 0xc000021a with the famous never-ending loop.The fix is simple, you gotta disable the Driver Signature Enforcement/Driver Signature Verification.
