Windows 7 [FIX] PS4 controller wont let PC monitor turn off

Not really a fix but an observation that may help some. When the PS4 controller is connected via Bluetooth and it is manually turned off the monitor sleep timer will not work. However if you let Steam turn it off automatically then its fine. You can see the 'HID-compliant game controller' in device manager does not disappear when you turn it off manually but it does when Steam does it. Strange as this never used to happen? Also if you leave the controller on then the monitor will also sleep fine?
