Windows 11 "Fix This app has been blocked by your System administrator" after clean install and first domain login

Hi thereWe have a strange issue. All our Computers were running Windows 10.After a clean install (Win11 Pro) everyting is fine (local account). When i first connet to the domain every action is blocked "Fix This app has been blocked by your System administrator".- Windows Settings blocked- Network Settings blocked- neraly everyting... is blocked- CMD is working- Windows Explorer is workingAlso our Domian Admin can't get access.I reinstalled Win 10 Pro and everyting is working fine againAny idea why this happen? What's different between Win10 and Win11?RegardsMatthias
