Windows 10 Fixing MS Store and Restoring original owner for folders and apps previously inaccessible to users.

I tried to update MS store and Download MS Paint 3D but I kept getting an error so I tried to troubleshoot the problem but it didn't work so I tried to troubleshoot compatibility because I'm on windows 10 and windows 11 is already out but the MS store wasn't listed so I changed permission of folders (C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\) and sub-folders so I could select the store to try and fix the problem but it didn't work so now I want to know how i can change the permissions back so nothing breaks and if there is another way to fix the store that I haven't tried.The error message I keep getting
