Windows 11 Fixing resolution problems

Apparently, my laptop has a very high resolution display. Because of this, certain application dialogs, icons and other visual elements are too tiny to read. How do I fix this?The resolution is 3840 X 2160 (the recommended setting) and the scale is 250% (also the recommended setting).
