Windows 10 Flight Simulator 2020 Download Problem

Hi, I purchased a download copy of Flight Simulator 2020 from Best Buy Canada yesterday. I received a code and a download link from Code2go today. Everything seemed fine until I input the code and opened MS website, I failed to find any download button on the page. I thought I did it wrongly. So, I opened up the MS Link and input the code again. It said that the code has been used already. Then I got a go-around. What should I do to download the simulator? What am I going to do with the purchased code? Why is it so difficult? Many thanks in advance for your helps!! Max
