Windows 10 Fn+Esc combination not working.

I bought a new laptop and it's running fine. But after the latest Windows Update, I got a problem that I need to press Fn every time I need to increase/decrease volume. That's annoying. And it ran fine before the update. The problem is Fn+Esc is not working. I can't lock function keys. When i usually press a function key, the screen shows feedback. But now it won't. Other all fn+ combinations work.
