Windows 11 Folders now appear at the BOTTOM in file explorer. In windows 10 they would always be on the top

When opening a folder of mostly images in win 10, with large icons and sorted by date with no grouping, folders would automatically be placed at the very top. after doing the same thing in win 11, they're at the bottom and nothing seems to fix this
