Hello,I have been using Windows 11 for a few months and I did not have issues up to a couple of weeks ago. Following two updates Intel Corporation - Extension 27.20.100.9664 and Intel Corporation - Display - 27.20.100.9664 I have now totally lost the Realtek Audio Drivers and Sound in my Lenovo Laptop. Lenovo Tech assistance blamed Microsoft Windows 11 for this. I can see on Lenovo Website there are Realtek Drivers available to run in Windows 11 but not for my laptop model yet.Example below for Ideapad model but not mine :-(.
