Windows 11 Font Oversized in Popup Dialogs of older software used in Windows 11 Professional, but not in the main application. Need to target and reduce them.

I recently updated my laptop to a newer Dell model with Windows 11 Professional with an Intel video chip instead of Nvidia. There are some older software packages I prefer to us for graphics and music composition, which predate 2010. The applications work fine, but the popup dialogs, not so much. The font size inflates them about 800% or more, rendering them useless on a single screen, and challenging with a second screen on top.
