Hello, certain fonts on my Surface are suddenly appearing very small since I turn on the system today.
The appearance and font size is not uniform throughout all applications. I have attached the screenshots here to explain the problem.
The first image is a portion of my screen. You can notice the size difference between the context menu and the Recycle Bin.
The same Problem appears throughout various apps. Below is a screenshot of my Windows explorer. You can notice the differences in font sizes. They are almost not readable.
But Some of the applications are displaying fonts correctly. While MSWord and Edge has correct font sizes, Chrome and SQL Management Studio(for example) has this problem.
I have my resolution set at the recommended settings, i.e. 2736 x 1824 and Scale and Layout at 200%, which is also the recommended settings. Changing there settings are not affecting the font size mismatch. The Folder Icons are getting bigger or smaller, but the font stays almost the same relative size. The display was correct with the same values when I turned off the system last time.
In various support sites people have advised to go to Ease of Access>Display>Make text bigger to resolve this kind of issue, but I am not able to find any such menu. I can see an option as Make everything bigger, which has the same effect as changing the scale and layout value.
How can I solve this problem?
