Windows 11 FONT SIZE IS KILLING MY EYES

I am running Windows 11 and one of the apps that I use is Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro. The font size for QuickBooks (QB) is terribly small and difficult to even read. I have contacted QB and they say there is nothing they can do about it. So I searched on the web for ways to increase the size and it brought me to a few different Windows support locations. All of them state that I need to go into my "EASE OF ACCESS" and change the font size in there. I do this, be when I go back to QB it has not changed AT ALL! I am so aggrevated about this and by the end of the day my eyes are shot fro
