Windows 10 For quite a while now the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Bluescreen pops up from time to time and I dont know how to find the "Troublemaker"

It happens while gaming and the last 3 times while i was watching Youtube. I personally think its some part of my Hardware. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor; 16 Gb Ram (G-skill); a 1 Terrabyte Kigston SSD; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 I speak English and German and any help is welcome.
