Windows 11 Forced to change PIN, no internet exhausted a ton of options

Hi guys,Before you say "there is a thread like this already" please understand I have tried many different solutions and others don't apply to me.I got almost all the new components on my computer except my storage.CPU: Intel Core i7 14700kGPU: Nvidia 4070 TIMotherboard: MSI Z790 TOMOHAWK WIFIRAM: CORSAIR VENGENCE RGB 32 GB DDR5 6000I kept my SSD that has Windows 11 (Home?)Problem 1It boots up to log in, where I am told I need to change my PIN because of security settings changed in the BIOS.
