Windows 10 Forgot Pin & Password and recovery won’t work

I forgot what I changed my login pin too and my password won’t work. Only recovery option is text but I’m not getting the code. How do I confirm what microsoft account my password is for so I can reset it? It doesn’t show at the login page. Is there any other option to get into my computer…feeling very dumb and frustrated!
