Windows 11 Forgot which email account used setting up laptop and now need bitlocker password

Hi, I set up a laptop for my father and we can't remember which email account we used. He came to use it today and it has the bitlocker password required screen on. Ive searched through countless messages to him and tried the email account I used to set up his microsoft office but it's saying that the email account isn't recognised.Is there any way to find out which email account the laptop was set up with?Thanks
