Windows 11 Fortnite crashing and error "a d3d11-compatible gpu (feature level 11.0, shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine."

Hello, I have been experiencing crashes and bugs when i load into fortnite. for example sometimes it will say "a d3d11-compatible gpu (feature level 11.0, shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine.". and other times my screen will go black and my pc will stop displaying anything. Does anyone have any fixes? (my gpu is a sapphire toxic 6900xt and my cpu is a i5 12600kf).
