Windows 10 Forza Horizon 3 Not Showing Ultimate Edition

I recently redeemed a code for Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, but it says I don't have the game. It says I have the game plus everything else, but there's no way to download everything in one go. Is there a way to make it work? Also, I'm pretty sure if I have access to the FH3+4 Ultimate Editions link (not each separately) I can download it.
