Windows 11 Forza Horizon 4 won't connect to Horizon life session

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 through the Microsoft store shortly after release and have been able to play solo or online up until a few months ago. I tried to fix the Teredo server setting but that didn't work. I have tried to logout of my account and log back in multiple times. I haven't tried to uninstall and reinstall because I have read that can also cause issues. I should also note I don't have PC game pass but that hasn't been an issue until recently. What else can I do?
