This is a repost of my issue as described on the Forza support system, I am reposting here as I believe this to be an issue with the Microsoft Store rather than being in their domain. Ticket in question can be found here: Forza Support
This is going to be a long one. The problem started with FM7 crashing as soon as the initial load had finished. I thought this was because of a recent update so I uninstalled via the Apps control panel (turns out the crashing issue was most likely caused by my dual booted Linux install changing the BIOS clock - similar issues in FH4 which are fixed by re-synching the Windows clock). The uninstall process appeared to complete, however it threw up an error (which I have not written down) and has left me unable to reinstall the game.
The state I am in now is as follows;
Please tell me you can help with this? Ideally, some exe installer or ISO image that I can use to force a full reinstall or at least install over the broken records. I have looked into this off and on over the course of the year to try and fix this on my own but no amount of Internet tomfoolery has helped. Help me Obi-Wan, you're my only hope.

The state I am in now is as follows;
- The windows store thinks FM7 is installed (see windows-store.png)
- PowerShell gives me an HRESULT: 0x80073CFA fail when trying to remove the package using Remove-AppxPackage (see PowerShell.png)
- The Apps control panel shows FM7 by it's @{PackageName} reference (see apps.png)
- The Apps control panel errors when trying to uninstall (see apps-uninstall.png)
