Windows 11 Found a shortcut in my OneDrive in arabic (المخزن الشخصي) that I cannot delete. What is it and how do I delete it?

The Way Of All Flesh

It redirects to "The Internet" but I apparently don't have any programs that can open the shortcut. Every time I delete it it just spawn again after a few seconds. I just got this PC a week ago or something and I'm worried. Any tips? Here's a link to a screenshot of the shortcut
