Windows 11 FPS drops

Hello. So today I was playing red dead redemption 2 and everything went smoothly but then suddenly I got a huge FPS drop. I didn’t really think much of it but when I tried war thunder and other games like Genshin impact they all went smoothly at first before getting hit with a huge FPS drop. I’m not very experienced with PC and how it all works but I tried to fix it as far as I could but it helped nothing. I would love for a positive answer!(My pc: equipment: intel core i7-11700DDR4 16GNVIDIA GeForce RTX 360 12GB61TB M.2 PCIE SSD)
