Windows 10 FPS in games increases after restarting

I've been encountering this issue for a while: after some time, the game's FPS drops and it lags. Restarting the laptop temporarily fixes the problem. I've tried other methods from various forums but without success. I tested the RAM, and everything is normal. I also ran a hardware scan through Lenovo Vantage, and everything is normal as well. The temperatures can reach up to 80 degrees at most. Could someone please help me and explain what might be causing this and how to fix it?GPU : RTX 3050 LAPTOPCPU : Ryzen 5 5600H16 GB Ram
