Windows 11 Frame Duration & Text Not Synced

So, I'm making a movie in movie maker. I'm using win 11. I have all the frames set at 9 seconds. Though, when I playback, the text will only display for 4 seconds -leaving the frame blank for the remaining 5 seconds.Even when I set the duration for 50 secs, the text will display for 25 seconds and then display a blank frame for the 25 remaining seconds!I converted the mp3 audio to wav & wma still did not work.I had windows repair the app. That did not work.I also had windows reset the app. That too did not work.Help would be appreciated.
