Windows 11 Freezing PC, cleanup image restore health stuck at 62.3%

Had an issue with my PC freezing when I launched games, I ended up doing the chkdsk and cleanup image scannow and they both worked, then I did the cleanup image restore health and it got to 62.3% and stopped. Any help would be much appreciated.
