Windows 10 Frequent BSOD (Kernel Mode Heap Corruption) when disconnecting or connecting to external monitor

All up-to-date, recently clean installed Windows, I have been seeing this BSOD (Kernel Mode Heap Corruption) at least once per day. SFC reports no violations. It happens randomly when I disconnect or connect an external monitor.
