As the title suggests, When I try to play World of Warcraft or DOOM Eternal, the games will randomly crash at completely random intervals. Most of the time the game will crash and shut down. Sometimes I will experience a BSOD or black screen + restart. There is no discernable pattern and as such I absolutely cannot figure out what's causing it. Of late, I've only been testing WoW and won't install any other games until I know what can be done about this. I will list my system specs as well as troubleshooting steps I've taken to find the issue. Also let me know how to upload the dmp files so you can have a look at those.
---SYSTEM SPECS---
ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus (Wi-Fi)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Gaming OC 8GB
2x8GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHz
EVGA 700BR (700W 80+ Bronze)
---TROUBLESHOOTING---
- Updated all drivers
- Ran Blizzard's repair tool
- Deleted WoW's ****, Cache, and Interface folders
- Reinstalled the game
- Ran in compatibility mode
- Executed /sfc and /chkdsk commands
- Reinstalled Windows
- Reset PC
- Installed Windows on a brand new SSD
- Ran driver verifier*
- Probably plenty of other things that I can't remember right now
* Driver verifier did find a faulty driver: RzDev_0f17. It seemed to be from Razer's software I had for my peripherals, but uninstalling it had no effect. Unfortunately the dmp file was not saved but I will try running it again if need be.
I really need assistance here. I don't know what to do.
