I have self built dual linux/windows dual boot machine that has worked well for last few years. Recently, especially over the last month, I have had continous BSOD crashes in Windows and I can't figure out what the problem is. The crashes occur when I am not running any applications but occur more frequently if I am running a game (steam). The system is not over-clocked (and I have never over-clocked it).
Normally, I use the Linux boot to run cpu/memory intensive bioinformatics applications and I never run into any issues on my Linux boot.
I have run the Windows Memory Diagnostic and no errors have been found. I have also run memtest86+, again no errors were found. I wonder if anyone can help?
