Windows 10 Frequent system freezes while gaming - no dumpfiles created - can anyone help?

I'm at the end of the line in terms of what I know and what I can try. I bought a laptop in October 2017 from a retailer I've used before and it seemed to be fine. Then while playing Fallout 4 the system froze for a second then rebooted. I thought nothing of it, a mod perhaps or just a Bethesda game being a Bethesda game. However, over the months the problem has gotten worse but to my extreme frustration it is impossible to pin it down.

Things I've tried include:

  • Checking my RAM modules (2 of them) by using 1 stick in each slot, getting a crash, then trying the other stick in both slots before a crash.
  • At least three full Windows installs to 3 separate drives (SSD, m.2 and hybrid SATA HDD).
  • Default drivers installed by Windows, various drivers from nVidia.

There are a few things that make this harder to troubleshoot than anything I've ever experienced in my 18 years using PCs.

First, no minidump files are created despite me having a 21GB pagefile (16GB RAM), dumps being enabled, no overwriting allowed and I even disabled restarts in case it was rebooting before the dumpfile was created. No disk activity is happening when the system crashes.

Second, it doesn't happen with every game and in a cruel twist even those games it does happen with it can go from 2 minutes (basically getting to title screen) to a few hours with crashing but also 3+ hours without crashing. It's also worth pointing out that I have played VR games and not once has the system crashed nor has it crashed while running a stress test (FurMark) for over 3 1/2 hours.

I set aside this weekend to look at it properly after a less than helpful back-and-forth with the retailer. I've gone all Saturday with the hybrid SATA HDD in because I was convinced that SSDs were the reason I got no minidumps. A lot of digging and I ran into "WhoCrashed". After poking around the options I enabled the "Live Kernel" option and *FINALLY* got some information. I'll paste it below. Please let me know what else is needed and keep in mind I only have these from the Live Kernel as Windows has still not created a single dumpfile aside from the one I purposely caused just for my own sanity. Please, if you can help me get to the bottom of this so I can either rage at the retailer or nVidia I would appreciate it so much.
