Windows 11 fresh install windows 11 pro can't turn off Memory Integrity and Microsoft Vulnarable drivers blocklist

Hi,did a fresh install windows 11 pro just to disable these settings, and still can't turn off Memory Integrity and Microsoft Vulnarable drivers blocklistMemory Integrity turns back on after reboot though reboot is done to disable itMicrosoft Vulnarable drivers blocklist is greyed out.Tried to change registry keys, change group policy to disable it, but it still remains enabled no matter what i did.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config\VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable 0HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\EnableVirtualizationBasedSecurity 0HKEY
