Windows 11 Function Key is activated randomly

After the latest Windows update, the function key is activated on it's own in random moments. What I mean, is that while for instance ctrl+v is supposed to paste a block of text, while working at a random moment pressing this combination will execute FN+ctrl+V doing something completely else. This happens with many combinations, and as the FN functionality messes up stuff in my system I would like this to stop.
