Windows 11 Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 Windows Hello Unavailable?

Fingerprint recognition was available as of last week. Suddenly on startup, windows asked to change my PIN from my old 4 digit to a new mandatory 6 digit PIN. After this I noticed the fingerprint option was not there. I looked up Windows Hello and all the options are "unavailable". Now I am not even sure I can change my PIN as that option is unavailable, and looks like I could remove it but that is all. Samsung and Windows are all up to date.
