Windows 10 Game only showing the minimize, maximize and close buttons. With the maximize button not working.

Hi There,I am trying to fix an issue where one of my games in Windows only shows up with the minimize, maximize and close buttons available. The games name is Punishing Gray Raven or in task manager PGR.exe. I uninstalled and installed the game, ran the windows troubleshooter, did an sfc scan but it still hasnt been fixed. This has repetitively happened to other games that I have played but rather was fixed when I close and reopen the game. It usually will happen when I leave the game running in the background whilst I was doing something else.Windows Version : 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2965)M
