Windows 11 games closing out

for the past few days, I've had issues with games just randomly closing out. i get the same error in event viewer, saying "metadating staging failed, result =0x80070490" at first i was getting blue screened but now the games just simply close back to the desktop. ive tried deleting and reinstalling my graphics drivers, and windows itself, along with running security checks, command prompts says files are fine, ive gone through every solution and fix i can find, but i just cant figure it out, please help.
