Hi! I have a problem that is stopping me from playing almost any game. I think this problem has been present since i bought the laptop but i thought that the game was not compatible with my laptop. I have sent the laptop to a service but it came back with the same problem. The main issues are the errors (These erorrs are only seen in the Event Viewer) The Open procedure for service "ESENT" in DLL "C:\Windows\system32\esentprf.dll" failed with error code Access is denied.. Performance data for this service will not be available. The Open procedure for service "Lsa" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\S
