Windows 11 Games crash when pc is in balance prefomance mode In power plans but run when the power plan is set to power saving why?

So I'm having this issue with my setup games like Cod mw2 Apex Spiderman and others run good for a few minutes when the pc is set to balance performance then I get direct X 12 errors. I set the PC to power saving in the control panel and obviously I lose prefomance but games don't crash I'm at a lost with this issue considering what I have In my setup please helpI9-13900K 64GB Corsair Ddr5 ram Zotac 4080 Asus rog strix z690-e gaming motherboard
